Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain how Destinyi currently works, what users may do on the platform, how preview and full report access are handled, and the limits of the service.

1. Nature of the Service

Destinyi provides interpretive BaZi readings, related content, and supporting discovery tools such as Chinese Zodiac, Horoscope, Tarot, and encyclopedia content. These experiences are informational and reflective in nature.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement under applicable law to use Destinyi. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Your Inputs and Responsibility

You are responsible for the information you enter into Destinyi, including reading questions, birth details, and any other submitted content. You should only submit information you are allowed to provide.

4. Accounts and Access

Destinyi currently uses email verification code login. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for activity that occurs through your Destinyi account. If you believe your account access has been compromised, contact [email protected].

5. Free Preview and Full Report Access

The current BaZi product flow allows users to generate a preview before login. The preview is a limited view of the reading. Login is required to unlock the full report and save it to My Reports.

Preview access is anonymous and temporary.

Unlocking a preview after login attaches that reading to your account.

When you are already logged in, a full reading may be generated directly and saved to your account.

6. Paid Services and Orders

Destinyi currently includes VIP package and payment flows in some parts of the product. If you purchase access or packages, the price and scope shown at checkout control that transaction. These Terms do not promise refunds or features that are not explicitly presented in the current product flow.

7. Intellectual Property

The Destinyi site, software, interface design, visual assets, brand elements, generated page layouts, and editorial content are owned by Destinyi or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse them beyond what applicable law allows without permission.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the platform.

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not access other users’ reports or accounts without authorization.
  • Do not use automated scraping or extraction against the site without permission.
  • Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing material.

9. Disclaimers

Destinyi readings and content do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed professional advice. The service is provided for interpretive guidance, education, and personal reflection.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destinyi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. You remain responsible for how you interpret and act on platform content.

11. Service Changes or Termination

Destinyi may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also limit or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, technical risk, or violations of these Terms.
